The head of the Environmental Agrarian Party, Agron Duka, has stated that incinerators can never be an individual matter of a minister or a directorate.

According to him, there is a whole chain in the decisions that have been made, stating that there are people who are more guilty than the former deputy of the SP, Alqi Blako.

Invited to the "Open" show, Duka said that those who made the main decision are more to blame.

"Incinerators, it can never be an individual issue of a minister or director. I was a minister, after receiving the opinions of the directorates, the minister signs and presents them to several ministries, it is taken to the Prime Minister and approved at government meetings. This is the chain. Alqi is perhaps the least to blame, but the order to channel the problem with two people, when those who made the main decision are more to blame.
