The cruise season opens in the Port of Durrës/ 50 British tourists touch

Today Prime Minister Edi Rama announces the opening of the cruise season in the Port of Durrës, where he reveals that 50 British tourists have touched Albanian soil.

Rama has announced that tourists will visit several attractions including Tirana and Kruja. The Prime Minister says that for Albania the arrival of tourists this year is a good omen.

Rama further adds that around 20 thousand British tourists have come to Albania in the first three months of this year, becoming one of the markets with the fastest growing tourist flows for Albania.

This Sunday we welcomed the first visitors who also formalize the start of this tourist season with cruises, where 50 British tourists have arrived this morning on the "Monet" cruise to visit Durrës and the tourist sites of Tirana, Kruja and the surrounding areas, as an omen good for this tourist year where Albania is being visited from all sides and in all forms.

We have welcomed about 20 thousand British tourists in the first three months of this year, becoming one of the markets with the fastest growing tourist flows for Albania", writes Rama./ CNA
