"Happy Easter"/ Rama and Begay's messages to Orthodox believers

Today Orthodox believers celebrate Easter. On this day marked for Orthodox believers, Prime Minister Edi Rama wished everyone a happy holiday.

"Happy Orthodox Easter", wishes the Prime Minister.

Likewise, the President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has wished the believers a blessed and happy Easter.

The head of state conveyed the message of unity and support for each other in need, spreading confidence and optimism in the Albanian society.

"Happy Easter, the day of faith and hope for all Albanian Orthodox believers! This holy holiday unites today all Orthodox believers everywhere. Easter invites us to have faith and be full of hope for life.

To support brotherhood, friendship and society in good and in bad. Easter symbolizes the light of life, the survival of life over death.

The candles that Orthodox believers take from the candle flame in the church and take to their homes tonight have taken with them hope, faith and optimism for a peaceful, happy and healthy life.

The revival of these three elements is very important for our society. Blessed and happy Easter to all Albanian Orthodox believers everywhere they are celebrating!", writes Begaj./ CNA
