The head of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has gone back 30 years in time to remember how Albania and Albanians have changed in these three decades.

Invited to Euronews Albania, Shehi said that 30 years ago, when they entered the parliament hall, there were politicians who did not know how to dress and did not know the English language, but today this has changed.

Among other things, Shehi said that the economy has also changed, after 30 years ago, a villager could hardly build a stone house, while today they have built 4-story houses or have two houses each.

"Has Albania changed? A lot. A few years ago we held a symposium in the parliament, what we have done in 30 years.

Before 30 years when I entered that hall I was modestly dressed, in 30 years the gentlemen who are here, some who did not know how to dress learned, some who did not know English learned some words.

From these points of view, Albania has changed a lot, even more than it deserves, which means that in 100 years of the Albanian state, the peasant barely built a stone house, today they have built 4-story houses, with thousands of Albanians having 2 houses each.

Economically, Albania has changed a lot, sometimes in an undeserved and abusive way, often robbing Albania of a piece, cutting down the forest, robbing the stone, stealing public money, stealing state enterprises.
