But I am mentioning four people, two from Dibra, Altin Duman and Adnan Xholin, as well as two from Shkodra, Behar Dibra and Elvin Goga, who are all four prosecutors with integrity and very honest", said the deputy.

For the deputy, these prosecutors must be on duty instead of all other prosecutors without a time limit.

He emphasizes that the result so far has been positive.

"These prosecutors should be in office like all other prosecutors, not with a time limit. The specificity of the work of the Special Prosecutor's Office and the Court is of extremely special importance. If they do not have the guarantee of fulfilling the tasks, after running away from this task they may have problems. These must be there in compliance with the law and the Constitution. Until today, the result is positive, despite the obstacle, said the MP.

Sula underlined that with Duman at the helm, there have been substantial changes, mentioning Veliaj's call to SPAK.

"We have 34 years. Many politicians have passed. Why hasn't politics gone where it should go, but it stinks? SPAK does not even have 4 years of real activity. With Mr. Dumani at the helm, there are fundamental changes from now on. The last case of calling and asking the mayor 7-8 hours. I have the conviction that he will be a person in the investigation, depending on what the investigation reveals, but the indications are quite strong. A citizen told me today: "They take 10% for tenders, but they don't let the money move, so that the business, the companies take it, but they want it all for themselves". The problems are big.
