Dorian Teliti: Tirana municipality budget goes more for staff than for

The Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipal Council, Dorian Teliti, stated in a post on social media that the municipality's budget is going more to pay staff than to investments.

Teliti states that the municipality must explain why, for the first 9 months of 2025, 64 million euros were spent on the salaries of an inflated administration, while, according to him, it has paid a full 5 million euros less for vital investments in the capital.

He further adds that another critical issue that needs to be explained is how it is possible that no investment has been made in the vocational education program. According to him, this is one more reason why Tirana needs to go for early elections.

Full post:

TIRANA'S BUDGET WITH "MANY HEADS": THEY PAID MORE FOR STAFF THAN FOR INVESTMENTS.

Someone from the Municipality with "many heads" should explain to us why for the first 9 months of 2025 it has spent 64 million euros on the salaries of an inflated administration, while for the vital investments of the capital it has paid a full 5 million euros LESS.

Can someone from the Municipality with "many heads" explain to us why investments are being carried out at a rate 4 times lower than the municipality's own planning?

Someone from the Municipality with "many heads" should explain to us the reasons for the failure of investments from civil protection and firefighting, to the rural road network and housing.

And the culmination, someone from the Municipality with "many heads" should explain to us how it is possible that not a single penny of investment has been made in the vocational education program.

This is not management, it is mockery!

?Tirana does not need "many heads", fictitious employees and new office chairs, but services, roads, schools, housing, security and functionality.

One more reason why Tirana needs change, one more strong reason for early elections in the capital's municipality.
