The Albanian Road Authority announces that during the night and in the early hours of the morning there was snowfall on the axes Bilisht-Kapshticë, Qafë Qarri-Ersekë, in Dardhë, in Voskopoja, Zêmblak-Dogana Goricë, Pukë-Fushë Arrëz, Qafë Mali-Kukës and in Valbona. 

Temperatures have been at zero degrees, dropping to negative values ??up to -3 °C. 

This institution announces that traffic continues without problems on all national axes. 

"Snow plows have been working to clear snow and distribute salt without interruption. Drivers should be equipped with winter tires and chains when traveling to the above segments with snow presence, reduce speed, respect traffic police signage and instructions," the announcement states./CNA
