Denunciation of the Chamber of Advocacy/ Chaos in the Court of Lezha

The Local Chamber of Advocacy has denounced the chaos in which the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë was involved.

In order to receive a decision in the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, the citizens of this district have to wait from 6 months to a year.

The concern was raised by the Chairman of the Local Chamber of Advocacy in Lezhë, Elton Laska, according to whom the premises where the parties and lawyers receive service are limited, which is bringing conflicts between them in certain judicial processes.

The demands of the Local Chamber of Advocacy in Lezhë seem to have fallen on deaf ears as none of them have been met and all the consequences fall on the citizens./ CNA
