Under the control of SPAK/ How Veliaj blessed his businessman friend with a

Journalist Ola Xama has revealed other details about Erion Veliaj's relationship with businessman Elman Abule, against whom SPAK has carried out checks.

In an interview on MCN TV, Xama said that Abule, the businessman who is known as mi ki Veliajt, was blessed with a construction permit by the Municipality of Tirana in the Kombinat area at a time when there were also protests from residents.

According to the journalist, what connects citizen Elman Abule with the mayor of Tirana is the company Fidalba, founded in 2011, but for four consecutive years there has been no activity in the sale of materials and it turns out that on January 10, 2024 , this company, owned by the citizen Elman Abule, is the construction entity for a 7-story building in the Kombinati area, where there was also a protest, regarding this palace, from the residents of Kombinati and Lévizja Bashke, since it was a flower garden.

"From the data we managed to secure, according to the investigation tracks that SPAK suspects, it results that the citizen Elman Abule owns 6 companies in Albania, in the field of metal processing, with the raw material iron and several others, with the material first aluminum, copper and other metals, but also in the investment in power plants and the design of power plants.

From the balances deposited with the CKB, it seems as if these companies owned by the citizen Elman Abule, circulate and spin each other's money, but they do not result in profit. Most of them result in losses.

What connects citizen Elman Abule with the mayor of Tirana is the company Fidalba, founded in 2011 but for four consecutive years there has been no activity in the sale of materials and it turns out that on January 10, 2024, this company, owned by the citizen Elman Abule, is the construction entity for a 7-storey building in the Kombinat area, where there was also a protest regarding this palace, from the residents of Kombinati and Lévizja Bashke, since it was a flower garden.

Veliaj has given the construction permit. What makes the matter a little doubtful is that, since some buildings were demolished during the reconstruction, in Kombinat, they asked to give permission for the flower garden, for which Veliaj has refused, to give permission due to the status of the land that it was a flower garden. Then, at the moment that his friend's company, Elman Abule, is a builder on the same plot, he gave approval for the permit.

When the residents of Kombinati, whose houses were destroyed, asked to build a palace, near the same place where they had their house, Mr. Veliaj said no, it is not allowed here, you will go to Sharre, where they sent a part of the residents of Kombinati . It turns out that the builder is the entity owned by Mr. Veliaj's friend, permission has been granted.

Mrs. Lala, mentioned that control was also exercised near Adela Kondakçi. It turns out that Adela Kondakçi's company, called EGM, was founded in 2021. It doesn't turn out to have many profits and turnover. The average turnover is 120,000 euros per year. There is a focus on marketing, publicity and financial services.

SPAK's suspicions are for the counterfeiting of fictitious invoices. When you have money, you have to deposit it in the bank and justify it, have the burden of proof where this money came from. Therefore, companies related to Mrs. Ajola Xoxa, in fact they are NGOs, manage to ask their friends, to receive service invoices to justify their circulation, but in fact, that service is neither given nor received, but only enables the circulation of money.

Driand Zeneli may be connected to the incinerators, because he is an artist and curator, who has been accused by a Dutch journalist, Vincent van Gerven Oei, who wrote an investigative article, showing the connections of how the company Integrated Energy financed the construction of a work of art in Sharra's landfill and the company paid for it," said Xama./ CNA
