The incinerator of Tirana/ GJKKO accepts the request of SPAK, 12 people go to

GJKKO has accepted SPAK's request for passing the first file for trial for the Tirana incinerator.

Only three of the defendants requested a shortened trial, namely Silena Tola, Alba Thoma and Pëllumb Abeshi, while the rest requested the normal trial procedure.

This request will be examined in the next session by another panel of judges.

On August 2, the Special Prosecutor's Office officially announced the closure of the investigations for 12 accused persons, under suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "abuse of duty".

The measures for the incinerator were issued in December 2023, while Lefter Koka, Pëllumb Abeshi, Erjon Murataj, Bledar Karoli, Taulant Tusha, Namik Simixhiu, Etleva Kondi, Alba Tboma, Valbona Ballgjini, Sidita Kopliku, Jetmir Llapaj and Silena have passed the trial. Toilet.

For the incinerator of Tirana, the former socialist deputy, Alqi Blako, at the same time Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, has separated himself.

This is because Blako is being investigated for another charge, that of corruption.
