Jamarbër Malltezi has reacted again regarding the accusations made against him that he took thousands of square meters of land, but that they were not paid to the state.

In his slander campaign, Karlo Bolino, the man who devoured with Edi Rama for his government media the land donated by a noble family of Tirana for the construction of a gymnasium in an area of ??60 thousand inhabitants, where there was none, published the next tract of slander .

Here below I present the refutation of his deceptions, in the article entitled "When even Argita Berisha lies and no questions are asked in the television studio", dated October 31, 2023.

Let us analyze these slanders in turn,

1. In the article, Bolino insists, deceiving in an unscrupulous manner, about accusations raised by SPAK against Sali Berisha and Jamarber Malltez. The truth is that in the 200 pages of the court file, there is no accusation, in the legal sense of the word, against Sali Berisha and Jamarber Malltez as Bollino lies. This is only because no evidence has been found against them. Therefore, they have been sanctioned as persons under investigation and not in criminal prosecution as claimed by Bolino.

2. He writes about 17 towers built in the territory of Partizani Club, this is also an ordinary lie. No towers were built in that territory, only palaces.

3. In Bolino's defamatory letter, referring to the undeniable fact of the beginning of the privatization process of the Partizani Club complex by the government of Fatos Nano, he writes that the letter is dated July 21, 2005, i.e. three weeks after the Socialist Party had lost the elections of July 3, 2005, and that this government had neither the competence nor the opportunity to do any privatization. This is another trick of Bolino. Each government has the constitutional and legal right to make decisions until the day the next government is sworn in.

4. In his writing, he uses the confusion of a date, that of Berisha's approval of Edi Rames' decision to change the destination of the Partizani club from a sports field to an urban area. It is true that the decision of the Constitutional Court was taken 1 month after the approval by Berisha of the decision signed by Edi Rama, but it is also true that this decision takes away any right of KRRTRSH to change or cancel the decisions of the councils of regulation of the territory of the municipalities. And this decision clearly proves ipso facto that Berisha had taken the right position.

5. Bollino behet qesharak kur rreket te keqpërdore sqarimin se Jamarber Malltezi u fut si investitor me 1200 metër katror toke. Sipas tij ky “sqarim që edhe mund të quhet një bumerang, pasi rrezon argumentin kryesor te Berishës, pra qe dhëndri ishte vetëm nja nga 64 pronaret dhe vetëm me një cope te vogël dhe te papërfillshme te truallit. Tani e degjojmë edhe nga bashkëshortja qe dhëndri ka qene përfituesi kryesor i privatizimit.”Spekulant i mjere. Vete gjykata pohon se Jamarber Malltezi eshte 1/64 ne fisin Begeja dhe se ai ka trasheguar 113 meter toke ne fazen e pare te projektit. Blerja e tokës prej Jamarber Malltezit nga te afërmit e tij, pas kthimit te pronës, nuk ka asnjë lidhje me çka trillon Bolino. Kjo është një shitblerje e lire midis palëve dhe për këtë ekziston çdo dokument, te cilat SPAK gjithashtu I disponon

6. Bollino shprehet se “mes 2010 dhe 2012, duke shitur apartamentet në gropë (pra, para se të ndërtohen) Jamarbër Malltezi ka arkëtuar shifrën e marramendëse prej 11 milionë euro që e ka futur si kontribut të tijin në ndërtim.”. Kjo është një gënjeshtër e trashe. Se pari shifra prej gati 11 milionësh i referohet arkëtimeve te shoqërisë dhe jo Jamarber Malltezit. E thënë ne mënyre te përgjithshme, u përket tre investitorëve. Kjo shume përfaqëson te ardhura nga shitjet dhe jo fitime. Jamarber Malltezi nuk ka tërhequr asnjë fitim ne këtë periudhe dhe te gjithë arkëtimet kane shkuar për te mbuluar koston e ndërtimit, dhe shlyerjen e detyrimeve ndaj te tretëve nga shoqëria, si dhe për vijimin e investimit. Këtë e provojnë qindra kontrata blerësish, te deklaruara sipas kërkesave ligjore. Shifra e arkëtimeve është reflektuar ne bilancet e viteve përkatëse dhe është depozituar ne QKB dhe tatime qe atëherë dhe ndonëse Bollino, si miku i Ramës mund te mos e dije çfarë është bilanci, e sqaroj se bilanci i dorëzuar nuk mund te ndryshohet sot. Te gjitha janë ne dosjet e SPAK. Sipërfaqet e ndërtuara, që përfshijnë apartamente, dyqane dhe parkime, janë te certifikuara në aktet e kolaudimit sipas lejeve te ndërtimit.

7. Bollino eskalon ne shpifje te tij e thotë “meçe nuk ka asnjë gjurme ne llogari bankare (e ka fjalën për 11 milionë euro, nga shitja ne grope shënimi im) a është e mundur që ato para te ishin cash qe vinin nga korrupsioni familjar?” E vërteta është se për çdo qindarka te kësaj shume SKAP disponon te gjitha kontrata, faturat bankare dhe tatimore. Shtoj ketu se marrëveshja midis tre ortakeve për shitjen e apartamenteve ne grope qe ne fillim te ndërtimit është pohuar ne dëshminë e tij ne SPAK nga Fatmir Bektashi. E gjithë shifra e arkëtimit nga kjo shitje është e dokumentuar dhe SPAK disponon te gjithë dokumentet. E sigurojmë Bollinon se kjo shpifje e tij e ulet do ti shtohet padisë kundër serialit te gjate te shpifjeve te tij.

8. Regarding the figure of 45 thousand euros (which you quote 49 thousand), for which Bollino claims that there is no trace, it is simply another lie. Jamarber Malltezi has banked his contribution. This is also confirmed by GJKKO on page 131 of the decision.

9. Recently, the change of destination and construction permit was issued by Edi Rama, the only official in this file, who holds the seal of the court as an abuser of duty. Although there were decisions of three levels of the judiciary that forced him to disclose the permit he had approved himself, Edi Rama, in his witch hunt, refused to disclose the permit, only because he learned that Jamarber Malltezi was one of the investors.
