In the heart of the city of Korça, there is a bust of one of the originators and signatories of the foundations of the EU, Llazar Zai Fundo.

The bust, made by sculptor Adi Dule, has been placed in the square that bears his name, Llazar Zai Fundo. Regarding this event, the DP MP, Ledina Alolli, stated that the placement of the bust of Zai Fundo in Korça is not only a symbol, but a reminder of this bright name, a prominent patriot who was an intellectual of free thought.

Alolli stated that Llazar Zai Fundo was one of the victims of communism, because he embraced free thought and wanted to be a different voice for history, and why not for Korça and for all of Albania, so placing his bust is in honor and respect for all Albanians.
