The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, congratulated Albanians on the Independence and Liberation of Albania.

From Vlora where he paid tribute, Noka said that Albania celebrates at a time when the government is gripped by major scandals.

Further, the democrat said that Albania should feel as it deserves and not under the dictates of drug cartels.

" The Democratic Party on this national holiday, on this sacred day for the nation, wishes you a happy holiday, this great day. It is November 28, the day when Skanderbeg raised the flag in Kruja, the day when Ismail Qemali raised the flag in Vlora and Albania was liberated. We celebrate at a time when the drug regime is gripped by major scandals. So that this Albania feels as it deserves and not under the dictates of drug cartels ," said Noka.
