Today, President Bajram Begaj started the procedure for determining the date of the local elections with a mistake.

In the letter that the President addressed to the CEC about the local elections, he also emphasizes the article of the Constitution that gives him the power to announce the date for the elections.

Begaj says that he will set the date of the elections from the right given to him by point g. of Article 92.
