The hearing in the Independent Qualification Commission against the prosecutor of Tirana, Bajram Breçani, will take place in September.
On September 1, at 10:00 a.m., he will undergo the vetting process, while the judging panel consists of Etleda Çiftja, Pamela Qirko, Roland Ilia.
The hearing was scheduled to be held in July, but was postponed at the request of Breçan's lawyer, who asked for time to familiarize himself with the materials.
Breçani started his career in 2013 at the Prosecutor's Office of the Krujë Judicial District. A year later, he was transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, where he served until 2016, before moving to Tirana.
