Journalist Klodiana Lala said in a television appearance that Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has been notified via summons that she must appear before SPAK with a lawyer.

Lala said that Balluku, through his lawyer, has sent a letter to SPAK and has been assigned another date to appear.

"SPAK has invited Ms. Balluku to appear. She was notified through a summons to appear today in the company of a lawyer, being informed that she is a person under investigation for violating equality in tenders, for now, because it is not known what may be revealed later."

"Ms. Balluku did not appear, but through a lawyer selected by her, SPAK sent her a letter, and another date has been set for her to appear for questioning," Lala declared.

We recall that Balluku was summoned to SPAK today as a person under investigation, but did not appear because he was on a trip to Romania.
