After the completion of the investigations by SPAK and the sending of Erion Veliaj to trial, there was a reaction from the mayor's lawyers.

A reaction that, beyond the lies that there are no facts or evidence for Veliaj's abuse of office, (which SPAK has explained in detail and investigated), tells us that the process was led by an individual who has never been a legal prosecutor of the Republic, referring to Ols Dado.


More than one reaction, we can call it a "suicide", as it refutes what the mayor and the lawyers have been telling them all this time, that the prosecutor has launched the investigation for revenge and that he is in a conflict of interest because, according to their claims, he requested an addition to the permit.

Meanwhile, in this reaction, Veliaj's lawyers tell us that the process was carried out by an individual who has never been a legal prosecutor of the Republic.

In fact, according to the reaction, there is not one prosecutor but two who conducted the investigations, Ols Dado and Altin Dumani, one a prosecutor and the other also the head of the SPAK institution.

The reaction is completely ridiculous because it says that Ols Dado has never been a prosecutor of the Republic, when in fact Ols Dado has been in the General Prosecutor's Office and in the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.

Maybe the author is in Durrës prison because lawyers can't write such nonsense. As we caught the first time with the document that told us that Ols Dado had applied for an addition to the construction permit and that it was in conflict of interest, today after 24 days they have not issued the document with Ols Dado's signature and the refusal with Veliaj's signature, we will continue to issue a statement every day on this issue.
