The neighbors of the 35-year-old man in Tirana, who kept his wife, mother and daughter locked in the house, told the media that the man was rude and arrogant. 

One of the residents says that his wife did not greet the residents and always left the apartment accompanied by him. 

"I had met her on the stairs several times. She did not say hello. I have seen the lady, but she was forbidden to greet people. I saw that there was something wrong, but I said it was people's choice. The woman rarely left the apartment, she was always accompanied. He was rude, the arrogant type when it came to arguing with the neighbors about useless things" - said one of the neighbors of the isolated family. 

A day ago, the Tirana Police arrested the 35-year-old with the initials J.Zh., after keeping his mother, wife, mother and minor daughter locked in the apartment, every time he left.

The 35-year-old used psychological and physical violence against his wife. The verifications carried out showed that every time the 35-year-old left the apartment, he monitored them with cameras and blocked their phone lines, not allowing them to communicate with anyone./ CNA
