Ilir Beqaj, again in SPAK

This Friday afternoon, the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, appeared at SPAK.

Beqaj appeared alone. He will appear before the BKH officers in implementation of the security measure "obligation to appear".

We remind you that the Special Court has given the security measure "compulsion to appear" and "prohibition of exiting the country", for the former minister for the charge of "abuse of duty", for the concession of sterilization of surgical equipment.

Former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodjan Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested for this matter. They are under investigation for "abuse of duty" and "forgery of documents". Both are in the cell, while the court rejected their request for freedom.

Also, an extensive property investigation has been launched against him under suspicion of abuses in the state agency Saspak.
