The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has commented on the arrest of three foreign citizens near the weapons processing plant in Gramsh.

According to him, all the facts have proven that at least two of the arrested belong to the Russian GRU and are paid. He added that since March 7, Albania is at "war" with Russia, as the latter declared us an unfriendly country.

"Time should not fade things to lower vigilance. Or to cause them to be released. Negotiators have approached and two of them can be released. That they can also be exchanged with interests for allies. It continues to happen in Albania. As of March 7, 2022, we are at war. Albania continues to supply Ukraine with weapons as part of NATO. We are facing a country like Russia. Currently, Russia has declared us an enemy country since March 7. I expect that in the future, Albania will take very bold actions against Russia and Belarus." said Karamuço. /CNA.al
