Apartments, property and luxury cars/ Vlora Prosecutor's Office seizes

The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has seized assets worth a total of 2 million euros. The assets are owned by citizen TQ, a citizen accused of money laundering.

The assets placed under seizure are apartments, properties, shops and cars.

The seizure was made for the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity."

Announcement:

Within the framework of the investigations into criminal proceedings no. 1119, of 2023, based on materials sent by the Vlora Local Police Directorate, the seizure was made for the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", provided for by Article 287 of the Criminal Code.

At the request of the prosecution, the asset insurance measure 'Preventive Sequestration' was imposed on the following immovable and movable assets:
