Former Democratic Party MP Asllan Dogjani appeared with his family at the court hearing.

Dogjani is accused of false declaration of assets.

According to SPAK, on ??March 24, 2010, in his declaration of private interests before starting his duties at the HIDAKKI, Dogjani declared that he had received a residential apartment with an area of ??128.4 m2, located on "Hamid Shijaku" street in Tirana, from the construction company "Protial", in exchange for legal consultancy that he had offered and would offer in the future.

Contrary to the statements made, the investigations of this criminal proceeding showed that the defendant Asllan Dogjani became the owner of the aforementioned apartment, based on the contract with no. 7030 rep and 781 kol, dated September 6, 2006, which stipulated that the value of the apartment would be 121,980 euros, an amount which the defendant liquidated to the company, through cash payments./ CNA
