Analyst Andi Bushati has commented on the decision of the Prosecutor's Office to stop the media from publishing secret data extracted by hackers after accessing the e-mails of the former head of the State Police, Gladis Nano.

During an interview in "Euronews Albania", Bushati stated that the Prosecutor's Office cannot do this as it is not up to the state authorities, the judiciary, the prosecutor's office above all, to regulate the media.

Sipas Bushatit, janë mediat ato që vendosin, çdo gjë që është në interes të publikut, i duhet dhënë publikut, pavarësisht se herë pas herë mund të duket sikur bie në kontradiktë me arsyen shtetërore, me interesat e qeverive.

Ndër të tjera, Bushati shprehet se banditët më të mëdhenj të këtij vendi lëvizin të lirë, pasi i lejon policia.

“Nuk i takon autoriteteve shtetërore, drejtësisë, prokurorisë mbi të gjitha, të bëjnë rregullimin e mediave. Janë mediat ato që vendosin, çdo gjë që është në interes të publikut, i duhet dhënë publikut, pavarësisht se herë pas herë mund të duket sikur bie në kontradiktë me arsyen shtetërore, me interesat e qeverive.
