The Audiovisual Media Authority has called on the media to show prudence and professional responsibility in publishing sensitive data released to the public by hackers who have attacked the TIMS system.

AMA emphasizes that among the information that is being distributed there are also data related to investigative secrets up to elements of the violation of national security, referring these to the prosecutor's office that is investigating the cases.

AMA ka identifikuar se së fundmi në programet audiovizive informative po zënë vend dhe publikime të të dhënave që janë siguruar nga hakerimi në sistemet e teknologjisë së informacionit të disa prej institucioneve publike.

Mes informacioneve që po shpërndahen ka dhe të dhëna sensitive, që lidhen me sekrete hetimore nga institucionet dhe agjencitë e rendit dhe sigurisë publike, deri dhe dokumente me elementë të cënimit të sigurisë kombëtare, sipas përfaqësuesve të prokurorisë që po hetojnë rastet.

Duke respektuar standardin e veprimtarisë së lirë audiovizive, apo të pavarësisë editoriale në hartimin dhe prodhimin e katalogëve të programeve nga subjektet e licencuara, AMA, ka pritmëri që redaksitë të tregojnë maturi dhe përgjegjësi profesionale në prezantimin dhe trajtimin e publikimit të të dhënave që janë përftuar në mënyrë të paligjshme nga grupe hakerash iranianë në sistemet kompjuterike të institucioneve publike shqiptare.

The fact is that some of the OSHMAs have not preferred to publish sensitive data with elements of national security violation, thus respecting the requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic and not falling prey to the intentions of cyber attackers, while we do appeal and we ask that other OSHMAs avoid the publication of content that hinders and de-conspires the investigation of the prosecuting body.
