Today, the Constitutional Court held a hearing on the ownership of "Top Channel", television, which is already owned by Vjollca Hoxha and the heirs of the late Dritan Hoxha, Lorela, Sara, Redia and Itan Hoxha.

CNA learns that the Constitutional Court dismissed the appeal of the former shareholders of "Top Channel", leaving in force the decision of the Supreme Court that recognized the Hoxha family as shareholders.

Sources informed that 7 judges voted for the Hoxha family and 2 against, dividing the 9 votes into 7 to 2.

The decision was taken in a marathon session, while the Constitutional Court is expected to clarify it in the following hours.

We remind you that the Hoxha family and the other two former shareholders have a long ordeal of clashes over the shares of "Top Channel".

The shares of "Top Channel"/Constitutional Court have no surprises. With the decision of the Supreme Court, "Top Channel" was left to Vjollca Hoxha and her children.
