Legalizimi i pallatit/ Apeli lë në fuqi pezullimin nga detyra të drejtorit dhe zyrtarit të Kadastrës Lezhë

Gjykata e Apelit, ka lënë në fuqi pezullimin nga detyra të Drejtorit të Agjencisë së Kadastrës në Lezhë Gentian Malotaj dhe përgjegjësit të legalizimeve Artur Shabaku. Të dy zyrtarët janë nën hetim për "shpërdorim detyre". 

Vendimi u mor sot nga gjyqtari Astrit Kalaja, i cili e cilësoi të drejtë kërkesën e prokurorisë së Lezhës dhe vendimin e gjykatës së shkallës së parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Lezhë, për dy zyrtaret e Agjencisë së Kadastrës.

Maltoaj dhe Shabaku akuzohen nga prokuroria e Lezhës se kanë legalizur  një pallat në zonën e Kunës në Shëngjin në kundërshtim me ligjin.

Sipas organit të akuzës bëhet fjalë për një objekt 10 katësh, kur ka dyshimet se 4 katet e fundit janë ndërtuar pa leje dhe u legalizuan nga Kadastra.

Hetimi në lidhje me këtë çështje nisi pas një denoncimi që kishin bërë banoret e disa shtëpive pranë pallatit, për dëmtim të pronës së tyre./CNA
