Uncontrolled maneuvers with water motors or dinghies are an early problem for vacationers in Albania, both for those at sea and for those on shore.

Over the past few years, accidents with these watercraft have been in the news almost every summer season.

Over 7,000 jet skis or other smaller watercraft have permission to cruise the sea, which has not always ended well.
