After the serious tragedy that happened in Himare, where a 5-year-old child lost his life after being hit by a boat on the seashore, journalist Anila Hoxha also reacted.

In a post on Facebook, she unhesitatingly points the finger at three state institutions, making them as responsible as the policeman who was driving the boat and who caused the serious accident.

"1. Mrs. Mirela Kumbaro, who heads the Ministry of the Environment, should come out and give an account of how many recreational vessels have been fined, because they are driven without the proper license? Why does the Ministry of the Environment not enforce the law, when it should control the vessels in the areas of beachgoers?

2. The border police must answer how many boats they have controlled and how many they have seized, because they violated the safety of vacationers?

3. Municipalities, from south to north, should make public how many navigation corridors they have allowed? And was there a navigation corridor for the boat that was driven by an officer and that killed a child?", says Hoxha. /CNA.al
