“Vetëm pak metra larg fëmijëve të mi që po laheshin ne det, një 5-vjecare e bukur, me kacurrela te arta, u masakrua nga një skaf...Per te kuptuar se sa dramatike ishte ngjarja mjafton tu them se asnje prej dhjetra pushuesve nuk guxonte të futej në det e të nxirrte trupin e vogushes së pafat, vetëm një hollandez qe punonte tek ndihma e shpejte pati kurajon te mblidhte trupin e vogelushes....

Familja me origjinë nga Tropoja por që jetonte në Kanada, vetëm dje pasdite kish mbërritur ne Potam per te kaluar pushimet që u kthyen në tragjedi.

Nê vendin ku ndodhi ngjarja kishte kordon sigurie per mjetet e lundrimit, por te gjithe ne kemi nevoje te dime a jane me licencë këto kordone? Nese po, a jane ato konform ligjit? Qe do te thote te jene te taposura, te jete i lire kordoni dhe te mos vendosen cadra ne vendin qe i korespondon kordonit, te kete njerez qe ndihmojne dhe udhezojne mjetet qe dalin ne breg, por edhe qe nuk i lejojne pushuesit te lahen brenda tij.. n

Nese nuk i plotesojne keto kushte atehere, ata qe e kane per detyre ta monitorojne duhet te mbajne pergjegjesi.

Duke pare se sa shume kordone te tilla ka pergjate vijes bregdetare duhet te marre fund mania qe cdo lokal te kete dalje ne det...
