The socialist parliamentary group has submitted legal changes to the parliament through several amendments, requesting an increase in the age limit by 5 years for driving public transport vehicles.
The only condition for drivers is the presentation of a separate certificate for physical and mental requirements.
Currently, in the road code, drivers are allowed to drive public transport until the age of 65. This point is requested to be repealed.
Also, changes are required for new drivers. Within 3 years after obtaining the driving license A and B, it must not be allowed to exceed the speed of 80 km/h on highways and 70 km/h on main interurban roads.
The submitted changes are expected to be examined in the parliamentary committees./euronews
