The Traffic Police continues checks on all road axes, with the aim of identifying and punishing the violators of the Traffic Code. 

Controls are mainly focused on violations that are the source of accidents.

During the last two weeks, the Traffic Police of Berat have detained 5 drivers, who have been criminally prosecuted, for violating the traffic rules and driving the vehicle in an irregular manner, vehicles without a driving license or in a drunken state.

A total of 602 drivers were administratively processed.

20 drejtues mjetesh janë proceduar administrativisht për tejkalim të normave të shpejtësisë.

Janë proceduar administrativisht 25 drejtues mjetesh, për përdorim të aparatit celular gjatë drejtimit të mjetit.

55 drejtues mjetesh janë proceduar administrativisht për mosvendosjen e rripit të sigurimit.

Janë vendosur 80 masa administrative për parakalime të gabuara.

Janë pezulluar 6 leje drejtimi për shpejtësi tej normave të lejuara dhe 1 tjetër për drejtim automjeti, në gjendje të dehur.

Janë vendosur 35 masa administrative për drejtim të motomjetit pa kaskë mbrojtëse.

Gjithashtu, janë vendosur 381 masa të tjera administrative për shkelje të rregullave të ndryshme qarkullimit rrugor.

Berat Traffic Police will continue checks on all urban, interurban and rural road axes, for all categories of vehicles, in order to prevent road accidents.
