3 vacancies for prosecutor in SPAK/KLP reveals the criteria and documentation

The High Prosecution Council announced this Friday 3 vacancies in the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

The KLP lists the criteria that must be met by the candidates for prosecutor in the SPAK, among which is the exercise of the prosecutor's office for no less than 10 years and the absence of a disciplinary measure in force.

In addition, the notification also reveals the documentation that each candidate must submit to the High Council of Prosecution.

Conditions that must be fulfilled by candidates for prosecutor in SPAK:

1. They have exercised their function as a prosecutor for no less than 10 years;

2. They do not have disciplinary measures in force;

3. Give consent for the periodic control of personal bank and telecommunication accounts;

4. Ensure the consent of close family members for the periodic control of bank accounts and personal telecommunications;

The documentation that candidates must submit to the High Council of Prosecution:

1. A letter of motivation (no more than 3 A4 pages) showing their most outstanding achievements in the investigation of corruption and organized crime and the reasons for candidacy;

2. An updated CV;

3. The forms provided for in appendices B1 and B3 of Law 95/2016 "On the organization and functioning of institutions to fight corruption and organized crime" regularly completed;

4. Any other documentation that the candidate considers necessary for this candidacy.

5. Copies of the Decision of the Independent Qualification Commission or the Appeals College if the candidate for prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office has successfully passed the re-evaluation process;
