YouTube is bringing a new feature to its music platform  

Google has announced that it will soon add a new feature to YouTube Music. 

It is about Podcasts, which are already an integral part of many streaming services, since they have taken over in recent years, especially with Spotify.

The news was brought to the public by YouTube's Kai Chuk telling The Verge that Podcasts will be available soon. It is worth noting that they will be available to Premium subscribers of the platform, but also to those who do not pay (free level), but listen with ads.

Among other things, Kai Chuk told The Verge the following:

If anyone wants to watch a podcast, we have the solution. If on the other hand someone wants to listen to a podcast, we should have a great experience for that as well.

It's not yet known whether Google will bring original podcasts that will only be available on its platform, but instead claims it will focus on YouTube creators and users.
