OFFICIAL/ Pioli leaves Al Nassr, future revealed

Stefano Pioli and Al Nassr have parted ways after just nine months in charge. The Saudi club officially announced the end of the Italian coach's contract, thanking him and his staff for their contributions.

Pioli led the team in 44 matches, recording 28 wins, 7 draws and 9 losses, with 101 goals scored and 46 conceded. With Cristiano Ronaldo in attack, the team reached the semi-finals of the Asian Champions League and finished the championship in third place.

After this experience, Pioli is ready to return to the Fiorentina bench, which he previously managed in 2017–2019. He is now free to sign with the Italian club, after terminating his contract with Al Nassr.

The coach had also rejected an offer to take charge of the Italian national team, pending an agreement with the Serie A club.
