Double blow in the transfer market, Milan prepares approaches

Milan's sporting director, Igli Tare, previously stated that the Rossoneri's priority in the transfer market is to strengthen the midfield.

The club has moved significantly closer to Granit Xhaka, as Bayer Leverkusen are ready to release him for a fee between 8 and 10 million euros, an amount that matches Milan's offer. The player himself, through his own stance and that of his father, has also shown his willingness to move to Milan.

In parallel, the track for Torino's Samuele Riçi has also intensified, with the club having reached an agreement with the player and negotiating a reduction in the financial demand from the Granata club. Torino were asking for 30 million euros, but the figure has now dropped to 28 with bonuses included.

Milan aims to complete both operations to guarantee the two midfielders that Allegri wants, in addition to Luka Modric.

Both moves are in advanced stages, but there is still no final agreement with the respective clubs.
