Dinamo City will benefit from Manchester City's investment in Durrës. All the sports grounds, the hotel, the stadium school and everything else in the complex will be left for use by the Dinamo club.

This was announced by the Dyrrah City Football Academy, which announced that the Dinamo club was the only one from Superior to respond to the proposal and benefit from reimbursement from the income received from the transfer and loan of Foundation Academy players, training and solidarity allowances , in accordance with the regulation of the AFL and FIFA, as well as the rights to use the infrastructure and facilities of the Durrës Academy Complex, in accordance with the Special Agreement, in exchange for the financing of the project and the construction of the infrastructure with the capacities of the Club.

We are pleased to inform you that the "Dyrrah City Football Academy" Foundation has selected "Futboll Club Dinamo City" sh.a. as the winner of the competitive procedure for the construction of the Football Academy complex in Durrës". After a call for proposals that was published on February 2, 2024, Dinamo City Club was the only candidate to respond to the call made by the Dyrrah City Football Academy Foundation. After a careful evaluation, this proposal was evaluated as favorable, meeting all the criteria and conditions of qualification of the Invitation for Proposal.

The contract concluded between the "Dyrrah City Football Academy" Foundation and Football Club Dinamo City sh.a. stipulates that the club will be reimbursed from the income obtained from the transfer and loan of Foundation Academy players, compensations for training and solidarity, in accordance with the regulation of the AFL and FIFA, as well as the rights to use the infrastructure and premises of the Complex Durrës Academy, in accordance with the Special Agreement, in exchange for the financing of the project and the construction of the infrastructure with the capacities of the Club.
