OFFICIAL/ CAS gives the right to the club of Superiore, the penalty is removed

The club of Superiore, Erzeni has won the trial at the Lausanne CAS and has saved 120 thousand euros.

FIFA, on May 25, 2023, ordered Erzen to pay the Kosovar club 2 Korriku the sum of 120,000 euros as compensation for the training of the player Shefki Aliti, despite an agreement between the two clubs. The player in question was activated in the second half of the last season with the Shijakas.

Erzen referred the case to Lausanne, and the CAS recognized the validity of the agreement reached between the clubs regarding the waiver of training compensation payment. In this way, Erzeni avoids paying 120,000 euros, a considerable amount.
