OFFICIAL/ AFF makes decision, coach leaves. Successor revealed

The Football Federation has ended its collaboration with coach Gent Mahmuti in managing the Albanian U-15 National Team.

After the evaluation made by the Technical Directorate, the Football Federation has decided to entrust the leadership of the U-15 National Team to coach Bledar Borova.

Borova is a well-known name in youth football in Albania, with a long experience in developing young talents. He has worked for years at the Apolonia Academy, where he has managed teams of different age groups and has also held the position of academy director. Borova has also been part of the technical staff of the U-19 National Team, where he has contributed to the process of preparing and developing young footballers.

His appointment is in line with the strategy of the AFF Technical Directorate to strengthen the structures of national youth teams and continue the work to identify, educate and develop the players who make up the future of Albanian football.

Borova will immediately begin working with the U-15 National Team as part of the activities and training camps planned for the new season.
