The officialization comes, Broja "passes" to the Americans

Everton has officially come under the ownership of Friedkin's Americans. The club where the Albanian striker, Armando Broja, also plays, will have new managers, starting this Thursday.

Friedkin, who also own the Roma club in Italy, closed the deal for the purchase of Everton in September for 450 million euros, but only now has the green light from the Premier League come.

"Everton Football Club has been acquired by Roundhouse Capital Holdings Limited (Roundhouse), a company within The Friedkin Group (TFG). The transaction was completed following an agreement between Farhad Moshiri's Blue Heaven Holdings (BHH) and Roundhouse to sell BHH's majority stake in the club. The agreement has received the necessary regulatory approvals from the Premier League, Women's Professional Leagues, the Football Association and the Financial Conduct Authority," the announcement states.
