Disciplinary decisions, investigation begins for the Superiore match

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

Skënderbeu, Partizani, Tirana and Vllaznia have been fined due to improper behavior of fans.

An investigation has also been launched regarding the events that occurred after the Laçi-Egnatia match.

DECISIONS:

KF Skënderbeu, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

FK Bylis, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeated delays in the timely implementation of tasks according to the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.

Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of players and match officials, as well as lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

KF Vora official, Bazion Tragaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

KF Vora official, Florian Beqiri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

KF Vora official, Albert Domi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

KF Shkumbini official, Marsel Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

KF Shkumbini player, Rustem Meta, for violent behavior towards players and officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.

FK Skrapari, për mos respektimin e detyrimeve dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke mos garantuar sigurinë e lojtarëve dhe zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 8/1 dhe 17/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/c të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 10%.

FK Erzeni U-21, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Abissnet Superiore U-21, kundër KF Tirana U-21, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

KF Lushnja U-19, për mos respektimin e detyrimeve dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa gjatë fillimit të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 8/1 dhe 13/2/a të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

SC Porto B, U-9, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-9, Zona Rajonale Lezhë kundër SC Porto C U-9, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

FK Shënkolli B, U-9, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-9, Zona Rajonale Lezhë kunder Laçi V-IBGR U-9, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

SC Porto C, U-9, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-9, Zona Rajonale Lezhë kundër Mirdita R-IBGR U-9, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Lojtari i Fushë Kruja U-17, Angelos Berhami, për sjellje sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i Shkëndija Tiranë U-17, Hakjan Koromani, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KSP Junior A, U-11, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-11, Zona Rajonale Tiranë kundër Football Republic U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Kamza Sport A, U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër AF Teksti A, U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Olympic Junior D, U-13, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity of the Second Category U-13, Tirana Regional Zone against Lions U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

Acceptance of the request of the FK Partizani Femra official, Aurora Seranaj, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
