A month ago, everything seemed set for Randal Kolo Muani's future at Juventus. The Turin club and PSG had reached an unofficial agreement to extend the French striker's loan for another year, with increasingly higher financial terms.

In the current season, the cost of his loan amounted to 5.5 million euros, including bonuses, while for the next season this amount could reach 10 million euros. The prospect was clear: the final purchase of the player in the year for a sum of 45 million euros.

After a promising start, Juventus entered a crisis of results that radically changed the scenario of the season. The elimination from the Champions League and then from the Italian Cup were heavy blows for the club, also affecting the transfer plans for next summer. Furthermore, the future of coach Thiago Motta remains uncertain, and this only complicates the situation of the French striker.

According to reports from SportMediaset, if Juventus fail to secure a place in the Champions League next season, it will be very difficult for the club to keep Kolo Muani in the squad. A Champions League absence would have serious financial consequences, forcing the "Old Lady" to make new calculations in the transfer market.
