The loss to Partizan "troubles the waters", what happened to Skënderbeu

The recent upset loss to Partizan has left a bitter taste in Skënderbeu's mouth. After a dominant first half and an advantage, the Red and Whites failed to manage the game properly and were punished in the second half.

The way the defeat came was not well received in the Korça camp, especially due to the numerous wasted opportunities that could have changed the fate of the match.

Skënderbeg's technical staff, led by coach Ernest Gjoka, has openly expressed disappointment with the team's performance, especially the lack of efficiency in attack. Seeing that a disorganized defense like Partizan's will not be encountered often during the championship, the coach has not spared criticism of the players for their lack of concentration in crucial moments.

In an attempt to avoid a repeat of this scenario, coach Gjoka has decided to immediately focus on the attacking aspect of the team. After a meeting in the locker room, he has conducted an intensive training session, working mainly with the offensive players to improve their build-up and finishing.
