Last place in the championship and the risk of relegation makes a possible victory for Skënderbeg against Vllaznia vital.

Two teams with opposing objectives face each other, but it is expected to be a hard-fought challenge. On the eve of this meeting, Skënderbeu coach Ernest Gjoka stated that his team has reacted in recent matches, but added that it will be a stronger reaction against the team from Shkodër.

According to him, the Korça players are condemned to do everything on the field, given the positions they are in.

"In the last two games, the signals have been positive. I think the team is reacting. We have an obligation to win the games. We need 3 points at all costs. This is what is worrying us the most in the moment we have been through and in what awaits us in the future.

It's a very difficult match against Vllaznia. They're a quality team. We're doomed to do everything to get everything.

"We all know what we have to do. Tomorrow is a match to do our best and get the most out of it. It's a tough match, against a good team, but we are also a team that wants to react and we will react strongly."

Gjoka acknowledged that the field conditions will be difficult, but stressed that with great sacrifice, his players can succeed.

"Korça has its difficulties in the winter. Difficult pitches don't help anyone. If we are going to sacrifice pitch, nothing has to do with the pitch. In the Cup it was a more difficult pitch and we managed. With this mindset and this desire we should also be against Vllaznia."

The red-white coach stated that he expects further reinforcements in the transfer market, something that was promised to him by the directors and the president.

"Of course we are still waiting for the transfer market. The directors are working hard to bring in players. We need to get quality players, so that they are ready. The director and the president have given me their word that the team will be further strengthened," Gjoka declared.

The Skënderbeu-Vllaznia match will be played on Sunday in Korça, starting at 16:30. Korça holds the last place in the standings with 16 points, while Shkodër is ranked third with 34 points.
