We have overturned three matches which shows that the group has character. We can improve these players physically, tactically, technically and in terms of attitude. I can talk for two hours, but if they don't have something in their heads then it becomes difficult.

We have clear ideas, the players at this level here were not used to a certain job: they think that going up you run more. It's not true, you don't run more, but you run. Then, this is my idea for the game. It's clear that we have players who don't have these characteristics, but we have everything to gain the characteristics. However, it's a team that needs to improve", declared Conceicao.
