Silvinho changes the list of the National Team

There is a change in the National Team roster for the last two Euro 2024 qualifiers against Moldova and the Faroe Islands. The Communication Department in the AFL informs that defender Arlind Ajeti will not be ready for these two challenges due to injury.

The footballer was injured during the last match in the Romanian championship with Cluj, but he showed up last night at the national team gathering, undergoing medical checks.

After the magnetic resonance, it was concluded that Ajeti has an injury in the back muscles of the left thigh and needs a few days of rest before starting the recovery.

Under these conditions, coach Sylvinho has decided to call defender Jon Mersinaj for these two matches, who will join the team in the next few hours. The other players have no physical problems and the whole group is expected to be completed during Monday evening.
