Carlos Sainz and the Ferrari car triumph in the Mexican Grand Prix.

Sainz took the second victory of the season in Mexico, as this was the fifth victory of the season for the Ferrari team, as well as the second in a row for the "redhead", after the triumph of Charles Leclerc a week ago in Austin.

McLaren pilot Lando Norris finished second in this race, with a difference of 4 seconds and 705 thousandths. The podium was completed by another Ferrari driver, Leclerc.

Meanwhile, Mercedes pilot Lewis Hamilton finished the race fourth, while George Russell fifth.

As for Red Bull's disappointment in the race, Max Verstappen was penalized 20 seconds for unsportsmanlike conduct on the track, with the Dutchman finishing sixth, while Perez finished last. 

As for Fernando Alonso, the Aston Martin driver did not finish the race due to technical problems.

This race was not closed even by Albon and Tsunoda, who had an accident.

After the Mexican Grand Prix, Sainz ranks fifth with 240 points, while Verstappen continues to lead the standings on 362 points.

As for the ranking for constructors, Ferrari stands in second place with 537 points, while McLaren leads with 566 points. /CNA
