PSG announces the departure of Messi, the reaction comes from the "flea"

The Lionel Messi era at Paris Saint-Germain is officially over. The confirmation came today from the Parisian club itself before the match with Clermont. The World Champion will leave the Parisian club as a free agent at the end of the season.

The French champions themselves have made the farewell of the 7-time Golden Ball winners official on their official website.

"The club would like to best thank the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner, who also lifted a French Super Cup and two league titles," PSG's official Instagram page reads.

The Argentine "star" himself spoke about leaving PSG: "I want to thank the club, the city of Paris and its people for these two years. I wish you all the best for the future."

In two years as a player for Paris Saint-Germain, Lionel Messi recorded 74 appearances, 32 goals scored, 35 assists and three trophies won.
