Premier League/ Manchester United shows character and climbs to third place

Three Premier League matches ended with a score of 2-1.

The main focus was on Old Trafford, where Michael Carrick's Manchester United pulled off a characterful upset over Crystal Palace.

Although they started badly with Lacroix's quick goal in the 4th minute, the "Red Devils" benefited from the red card of the goal's author in the second half.

Bruno Fernandes equalised from the penalty spot in the 57th minute, while Benjamin Sesko sealed the victory eight minutes later, lifting United into third place with 51 points.

On the other hand, Tottenham's crisis is deepening. "Spurs" suffered their fourth consecutive defeat, this time 2-1 against Fulham, dropping to 16th place with only 29 points. The cold zone is now just 4 points away, raising the alarm in North London.

Meanwhile, Brighton used the home advantage to defeat Nottingham Forest by the same score, 2-1, taking three important points for their performance.
