The president of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, has reacted to the death of politician Arben Tafaj.

In a publication on social networks, Duka highly appreciates the contribution made by Tafaj.

"The sudden separation from the life of Arben Tafaj has made me extremely sad. We lost a good friend, a model citizen who has made invaluable contributions to the country and especially to the Tirana community, which he served tirelessly and with great love.

Arben Tafaj was a prominent politician and patriot, who will be greatly missed by us, his friends, but also by Albanian society. I want to express my deepest condolences to the Tafaj family, friends and relatives.

We will always remember him with great respect. Rest in peace Ben!" - writes Armand Duka./ CNA
