While it was expected that there would be positive developments, the situation in Erzeni is chaotic. The Shijakas club seriously risks participating in the new football edition. The coach has not yet been decided, but there is also no date when the players will gather for the preparatory phase. Yesterday, it was expected that the stadium issue would be resolved, but it did not happen. The meeting has been postponed to another date. Initially, the Shijak Municipal Council announced:

We inform you that the Shijak Municipal Council will organize a consultation with the public "On the use or lease of the 'Tofik Jashari' stadium to the Erzeni football association", on July 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Municipal Council hall (Unit administrative Xhafzotaj floor 3).

We invite all residents, businesses, civil society, media, interest groups to become part of this discussion.


Meanwhile, yesterday there was a second statement where the Council announced that the planned consultation has been postponed until a second announcement. In this way, no one knows when the work will start in Shijak for the new football season.
